You should pay the tip to the head guide on the morning of the last day of the descent, usually at Mweka Camp or the Park Gate. The head guide will then distribute the tip among the crew according to a strict policy. You can bring a packet of envelopes to distribute the tip individually, or you can give the tip in a lump sum to the head guide. You can also give a speech or a thank you note to express your appreciation to the crew.
